- Check in with security
- Check in with the GlowBoats guidees on the beach of the Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove 30 minutes prior to tour time with your confirmation ticket
- Enjoy your GlowBoats LED Night Kayak tour in search of tarpon, turtles, and stingray, etc.
- Watch the underwater wildlife come alive after dark
- Return to the Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove beach approximately 1hour 15 minutes after departure

- Park in the large, flat gravel parking lot after the security booth on the right.
- Walk down the hill on the road and follow signs that say pool or beach access.
- Look for the wooden dock located off of the beach, in front of the pool.

- Do Not park in garage spaces or on the road.
- Upper parking lot before security booth is for employees only.
- Guests are only permitted to park in designated areas.
- Arrival time for tours is 30 minutes prior to departure time.

- Our kayaks are super stable but have a weight limit of 450 lbs. Please inform us if the maximum combined weight approaches or exceeds this limit, based on 2 guests per double-seated kayak

- Taking pictures of others without their permission or consent is discouraged
- Any guests with medical concerns are encouraged to address them with their own medical professional prior to attending excursion. Fun Water Tours Inc. and GlowBoats staff do not give health advice.
- Please refrain from using bugspray or sunscreen while on the kayak tour as it damages the kayak

Disclaimers
- Excursion meeting time is 30 minutes prior to departure time. We will depart at tour scheduled time. We cannot accommodate for late comers.
- Only registered guests are allowed to use the pool/beach chairs. Any Cat passengers using these items may be asked to leave property and excursion tickets may be forfeited

FAQS
A: Pop up showers may happen throughout the day on St. Thomas. The forecast changes often and hourly. We monitor the radar closely and in the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour, we will call the number listed on the reservation, leave a message. Follow up with a text and also send an email if we do not reach you. Safety is our top priority for everyone, followed closely by FUN.
A: To receive a full refund, customers may cancel up to 72 hours before the excursion start date in the local time zone. Please see the cancellation page for more details.
A: The Marriott Frenchman’s Cove is 7-10 minutes from the WICO cruise ship dock and 20-30 minutes from the Crown Bay cruise ship dock.
Q: Where do you depart from?
A: Yes, there is a bathroom available off of the beach.
Q: Will I get wet?
A: You will not go swimming during this excursion, however you may get a little wet due to some dripping from the paddle.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: We suggest you bring cash for gratuities and cash/credit card if interested in purchasing souvenir shirts.

A: Yes. Personal flotation devices are required on each Glow Boats tour
A: We provide a secure place to store your shoes and any other belongings you don’t want to take out on the water with you. Please note this is a barefoot excursion.

A: Yes, of course! Please call the office to book your special occasion today! The Cat works very closely with the Marriott’s concierge service (St. Thomas Water Sports, LLC.)
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand and limited seats for this tours, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we understand that life can sometimes take an unexpected turn. We are happy to reschedule your tour date/time complimentary, if given at least 72 hours notice. NO cancellations nor refunds permitted within 72 hours prior to tour time. If you need to reschedule 72 hours prior to tour time, there will be a $25 per person rebooking fee.
